I am currently working as an IOE Pilot Training Scheduler. I have been in this position for 5 years. I am responsible for making sure that both Check Pilot and Student are legal for training events. Pulling packets and placing them on their trips. I also take phone calls and answering emails.


Over the course of my career, I have gained an excellent work ethic, people skills, problem solving skills, great multitasker, and very dedicated to my team and doing my job to the best of my ability.

  • Daily tasks consist of; -Overseeing daily operation of pilot flight line qualifications
  • -Monitoring and fully administrating Operational Experience and currency for line pilots
  • -Updating Check Airman and pilot-in training data/schedules in FOS as well as the LCO (Check Airman’s training schedule application)
  • In the past three years I have gained knowledge of FOS entries, navigating throughout TMS, Working with pilots who are trying to reach their 100 hrs for consolidation, I have also worked with the Chief Pilots, buying them trips to stay proficient, For three months I was given the opportunity to work over in the schoolhouse
  • Helping them out with scheduling pilots to come in for their landings in the simulator
  • My roll has allowed me to be able to work every fleet and learn the different nuances for each desk
  • In the past few years of working in this department I have also learned how to put in quals after pilots are signed off by the Check Airman.

  • With every task that I may be assigned to, I am responsible to make sure that every passenger is taken care of in a quick, efficient and friendly manner
  • Some of my duties while working at the gates include; checking passengers bags at the gate, printing out boarding passes if needed, meeting inbound flights, checking in outbound crew and briefing them of any specials on the flight, dispatching the aircraft, and re-booking misconnect passengers

  • I take drop off packages and letters and check them into our system

  • As of June 10th I was converted as a full time employee, and on September 19th I was promoted to a problem solving position
  • My duties consist of making sure that the stowers are as efficient as possible by printing new labels, converting date lots, adding items back to their stow cart and making sure by the end of the day that our floor that we are assign to is clean for the next shift.
