Assisted in renovating homeless shelters such as painting the building and other house renovations.

Managed house pets for families in the surrounding community, feeding, walking, and entertaining them while their owners were away.

This position helps ensure that only members of the Connecticut College community enter the facility by checking ID's or other documents. It is expected to also be available for questions about the building such as directions, game times, and more.

As part of a course offered at Connecticut College, it was required to participate in volunteering with some form of human connection. I spent time at Connecticut College Children Lab School working with children ages 2-3yrs. This involved entertaining, observing, caring, and engaging with 6-8 students. I completed 20hrs of service.

Managed and directed the stocking of indoor and outdoor food pantries funded by the church

Assisted with food pantry, renovating small homes, building shelters, and moving furniture in old church during a missions trip to Vermont
