Megan Keys

I am pursuing a dual licensure, with P-5 Education and Intervention Specialist. I found my passion for teaching by the desire to have a positive impact on others. Growing up can be overwhelming, and my goal is to create a classroom environment that makes all students feel safe, valued, and welcomed. My dual licensure provides me with an understanding of both general and specialized education, which helps me create an inclusive space that meets the needs of all students.

• Shadowed an Intervention specialist in an 8th grade math general education classroom.

• Delivered small group and full class lessons for 4th grade science and ELA.

• Conducted one-on-one tutoring with a student in 3rd grade.
