  • Oversaw over ten different events over the span of a week for our Annual Communication. This included being in direct contact with hotel event coordinators, keeping track of four different hotel rooming lists, event attendees, menus and multiple different budgets.
  • Directly managed a 700 person Gala in which I booked entertainment, attendees, created a very specific seating chart, kept track of menu selections/allergies, coordinated decor, centerpieces, audio visual, budget as well as having managed an online website and registration process.
  • Prospected multiple different properties for events going through 2027. Managed all aspects of contracting with hotels, assessed our organizations needs, organized all contracts into a shared drive and kept track of all deposits made along with payment schedules.
  • Created and managed 15 different event websites and registration pages via Cvent. Handled all troubleshooting and assisted all members with any registration questions.
