  • Project Lead responsibilities include:
  • Serving as the project manager for cybersecurity to prepare for potential cyberattacks. This includes overseeing, creating, and maintaining action plans in Teams, meeting with the leadership team regularly to update the status on ongoing projects, creating presentations, and presenting plans to community leaders, and creating downtime binders for communities in the event of a cyber-attack.
  • Launched the DAISY Award Foundation program throughout senior communities. This included collecting information for our senior communities to submit an application to be a partner with the DAISY Program Foundation. Educate communities regarding the program by having group training sessions with communities and regional vice presidents. Created checklists and materials to help with quarterly celebrations. Continue to ensure all communities are up to date with all DAISY Foundation supplies. Manage all materials for nominations submitted electronically and by paper. Lead quarterly DAISY committee meetings to present nominations to select the honoree for each quarter. Meet with the winning community quarterly to coordinate celebrations in the community.
  • Maintain and track the daily census tool of Trinity Senior Service Management (THSSM) clients.
