Clinic Start-Up, Assisted in starting the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery department at UCHealth, Cherry Creek Medical Center when the clinic opened in the Fall of 2020. I helped to develop protocols for the unit and establish an organized and effective workflow that I would then go on to teach new staff members.
