Much credit is to be given to my first career role as an ICU nurse at Syracuse’s Level I Trauma Center. An incredible foundation for my nursing career was cultivated here and still continues to be apart of my every day as I move on throughout my nursing career. Caring for complex, critically ill patients pushed me to grow in my clinical expertise, confidence, and resilience as a nurse.
