As a FSY Health Coordinator’s my main role was to assist program participants with health needs. This could be seen in the following areas:

• Promoting the physical well-being of the participants; specifically responding to and assisting participants with minor health needs in an empathetic and respectful manner
• Working directly with, taking direction from, and reporting to FSY administrative staff and coordinators in working with youth participants.
• Ability to use my education, experience, and sound reasoning to respond to health needs of youth participants.
• Maintain accurate records of medical services and medications provided for staff and youth participants.
• Respond to parental questions and concerns, when necessary.
• Able to work well independently and as a team member with minimal supervision.

• Drove a small tractor with wagons attached through a pumpkin patch, stopping frequently for customer to enter or exit wagons and to transport their pumpkins
