Facilitated and organized a variety of summer camp activities for children and young adults with exceptionalities to further develop and improve communication and socialization skills. Provided guidance and support to campers in activities such as arts and crafts, swimming, sports, outdoor exploration and team-bonding exercises. Supervised campers to ensure the health, safety and welfare of campers at all times.

Provided individualized ABA services for children on the autism spectrum in both home and clinical settings. Facilitated DTT and NET teaching strategies to maximize client success. Maintained accurate records of data collected during sessions and wrote detailed reports regarding client's progress.

Helped individuals with exceptionalities reach their individualized behavior plan goals in the home, school and community settings. Developed and deepened relationships with clients and their families to ensure the family's wants and needs are valued and cared for at all times. Conducted data collection on the client's current progress to track their strengths and weaknesses in meeting their individualized goals.

Provided individualized care for students in a clinic setting by implementing behavior plans created by the BCBA. Taught children daily living skills and social-emotional skills to give each child the tools to flourish to their best potential. Evaluated each child's needs to address current strengths, challenges and goals.

Assisted the teacher with providing and caring for the health, safety, academic and social-emotional needs of the students. Provided safe and loving care for the students at all times. Created age-appropriate lesson plans and IEP goals that cater to each student's individualized wants and needs to ensure that all students thrive to their best potential.

Nurtured and cared for children between the ages of 6 weeks-6 years old as well as assisting in Primrose's after school program or their summer program as needed. Kept notes on each child's day by marking what they ate for each meal served, their bathroom breaks, nap time and various other needs. Made sure every child was safe and well cared for by always monitoring what the children were doing. Structured and provided age-appropriate activities for the children.

Had students reach goals using an individualized behavior plan. Dealt with behaviors in a calm, pleasant manner while utilizing positive reinforcement. Provided students assistance with their physical needs as well as their lunchtime and bathroom needs.
