  • Created department-specific WHPUOS based in call volume, which allowed for a successful transition to a variable nursing budget that permitted more accurate staffing to follow seasonal fluctuations seen in pediatric healthcare
  • Partnered with external data analytics company to help design and develop a call volume and patient data dashboard that was then used to demonstrate a nearly 4:1 ROI for the department in the following fiscal year
