- I started at Living Community in 2011 as a C.N.A and provided care to all patients- helped with activities of daily living and did as my charge nurse requested. I worked as a C.N.A until graduation of LPN in July of 2013. I then stayed full time at Living Community as an LPN and completed the daily medication passes, daily assessments, and helped the c.n.a’s with their tasks of ADL’s.
