I mange and enter equipment data such as make, model, serial number, and price in to CDK Global software. I organize all of this information in an easy to read document for the salesman and the buyer. I do this task for all three locations; Blairsville, Jasper, and Dalton Georgia. My daily jobs also include paying and recording payments on equipment. I do all of the back end processing. I reconcile the information from the loan paperwork that the applicant does in office and the Kubota loan online form, then send the form to Kubota. They process it and send the payment books to the equipment owner. After the buyer leaves the office, I scan in all of the paperwork and save it to the microsoft filing system. I also scan in and file all customer invoices and payment plans. I also have the daily duty of counting and balancing all the cash drawers in the building, as well as making daily deposits and withdrawals from the bank.
Helped customers pay their property taxes in person as well as on the phone. I also entered in the check payments and collected the mail received. I preformed regular office duties such as answered phones and filed documents and paperwork.
