Driven and innovative, I contributed to the Extreme Fluids group at Los Alamos National Labs by aiding in the redesign and construction the Turbulent Mixing Tunnel's new test section. My expertise in Solidworks and strong organization skills enhanced project efficiency. Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities and adeptness in data collection, underscoring my commitment to advancing research and development. My long term goal is to go to graduate school to get my PhD in particle physics and afterwards work in research.
Worked with the Extreme Fluids group in the physics division to upgrade the test section of the Turbulent Mixing Tunnel. Used Solidworks to model the test section, as well as manually construct the new test section.
Worked with the National Honor Society to set up tutor sessions for anyone to attend at V. Sue Cleveland High School. Provided homework assistance in STEM classes, as well as increased student comprehension explaining difficult topics with real world examples.
