Sunshine Run Crew

  • Created "Sunshine Run Crew" by building out an inclusive digital marketing campaign to support runners in the Florida community. Tools used: Canva, Instagram, Strava, email Newsletters.
  • Developed strong working partnerships with local businesses through social media networking; resulted in digital marketing support and elevated brand awareness.
  • Created and managed digital marketing to share upcoming events and weekly runs. This increased the awareness of the crew, with new individuals joining the runs each week.
  • Utilized social media platforms to identify trends within the running community therefore successfully created an engagement strategy which allowed sunshine run club members to participate in engagement opportunities via social media.

  • Excels in providing world-class guest experience with forward-thinking strategies to produce average Stella Review of 4.3% and Quality Assurance Rating average of 84.6% for FY23.
  • Support Educator Team by hosting engaging weekly sessions to help identify trends and opportunities for performance metrics. This includes weekly topics, such as QAR, where I provided tips and coaching in the moment to increase our overall QAR team average by 8% in a span of four weeks. Focus was implemented on excellent grammar, spelling and brand voice.
  • Participated in footwear product testing by consistently providing feedback to Product Testing Team and uploading activity logs through the lense of Science of Feel and product education thus supporting the launch of each shoe.
  • Adhere to policies to consistently to achieve time and quality standards through digital platforms. Exceeded Guest Support efficiency and productivity targets showcased by Maximum target handle times for all channels Fiscal year 2023 (FY23). Average Handle Time (AHT) on phones 9:03 minutes, 7:03 minutes on live chat, and email productivity 10.04 emails per hour.
  • Accepted into International Team (EMEA) GEC to support 16 countries. Partner cross functionally with North American and European Leadership teams to support EMEA guests across a variety of digital platforms by providing efficient and memorable guest experience. Supported EMEA in meeting their SLA's by hitting max productivity targets across all channels.
  • Partner closely with Order Support/Resolutions Support teams on a weekly cadence to flag warehouse errors with shipments, create a more concise order slip, and frequent guest trends.
  • Attended virtual and in-person roundtables with Senior Leadership while collecting opportunities and trends from colleagues to voice appropriately and effectively.
