  • Responsible for front end athlete experience & operations including customer service, scheduling and Equipment Service staffing to support House of Sport Experiences and elevated service levels.
  • Responsible for driving key company initiatives such as in store credit, No Sweat Protection Plan, and Scorecard Loyalty Program. Includes training and validation that Teammates are knowledgeable, understand company goals, and are actively engaged with reaching those goals.

  • Worked with pro and college athletes from NFL, NHL, NLL, MLB, RIT and Syracuse University as well as major brands from Nike, Peloton, Rumpl, YETI, and Adidas.
  • Developed and maintained positive working relationships with key stakeholders in community including, not limited to, Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Visit Rochester, local school districts/homeschool groups, and Scouts.
