I believe that customer service is the key ingredient in a successful business and the best service comes from a true willingness for cooperation. As a bartender I wear many hats. Mixing excellent craft cocktails is key, but the most important aspect is the willingness to listen to the clients and make them feel like the most important person in the room every time we talk. Serving the perfect drink is a collaboration between myself and my co-workers to be sure that the client feels heard and is served an excellent product in a clean, time efficient and friendly environment even in high pressure situations.

As a hair stylist I am tasked with carefully listening to my client so that I can use the skills I cultivated over 2 decades to ensure that the vision in their imagination translates to their unique self expression. My warehouse management experience taught me the necessity for concise communication and multi-tasking which requires diligent attention to detail in several aspects of production and shipping. When a grocery store is running at a high level, everyone is working in sync from store manager to clerk. I pride myself in taking the initiative to understand as much as I can about different departments so I can be an asset to the company as a whole while never loosing sight of my specific duties and always putting the customers needs first. My employment experience may be eclectic but the skill sets I possess transfer to any position and my ability to learn fast and take instruction well make me a valuable asset to any task or position I am assigned
