Brief description: Versana is an industry-backed fintech to make the syndicated loan market better. By digitally capturing agent banks’ reference data directly from its source on a real-time basis, Versana provides transparency into loan level details and portfolio positions, bringing efficiency and velocity to the entire market.

• Implemented Kafka JDBC connector and Kafka listener to process real time data using Spring framework.

• Brief description: I commenced my career as Graduate Engineering Trainee and rose to the position of Tech Lead Analyst after 3 accelerated promotions. While working in John Deere India, my accountabilities were to lead projects to provide support structures while delivering cost-effective techno-functional solutions, developing scalable enterprise-level solutions and following SDLC including planning, production rollout and delivery. Furthermore, I managed end-to-end software development life cycle including planning, testing, troubleshooting & debugging applications and ensured smooth implementation as per client’s requirements while leading and supervising an internationally distributed team of expert professionals. I also communicated with clients for requirement gathering, system analysis and finalization of technical/functional specifications and high-level design documents for the project as well as with Application Domain Experts within the established process framework. Leveraged software engineering and project management skills to solve engineering problems within schedules and suggested quality feature enhancements. I acted as SPOC for testing teams; debugged & troubleshot and released immediate patches for critical issues. I even delivered post-implementation, application maintenance and enhancement support with regards to software applications and performed technical root cause analysis and outlined corrective actions.
