  • Description: SFDC need to furnish the Opportunity and Notice of Sale data to GSP to facilitate data collection. To keep SFDC and CCPR data base in sync the customer related information should flow between these two systems. Per business process the prospect is customer when NOS is submitted. Once NOS is submitted in SFDC, the system will first inquire CCPR if the Account on NOS already exists in CCPR. If not, the further process will invoke Create Customer and Customer number is returned to SFDC. The each of the information flow will be driven by business conditions. The NOS function in SFDC needs to accommodate more data elements and subsequently be made available on page layout and NOS email as well. Associates across various MetLife Functional Roles (Client Services, Operations, Call Center, Billing & Remittance and Record Keeping) currently utilize a variety of different systems to perform their day to day responsibilities. A solution is needed to better allow for associates to manage, track and route work among internal team members. There is also a need for a standardized referral process/system to create, assign and resolve open items while having the ability to both track and generate reports illustrating the life cycle of an open referral. Model Office DTRC will optimize the business process and execute on the business strategy to serve, simplify, strengthen and scale, and manage the work at MetLife.
