Responsible for strategy, funding and implementation of LISC’s services in Illinois. As a community development finance institution, the LISC Illinois team of 13 supports over 30 communities, with planning, capacity building, fundraising, lending, technical assistance and advocacy.

Responsible for operations and capital programs for all City Sister Agencies including the Chicago Park District, Chicago Transit Authority, Chicago Housing Authority, Public Building Commission, Chicago Public Schools and City Colleges of Chicago.
Duties included directing mayoral priorities, facilitating policy development and ensuring implementation.
Responsible for managing the Midwest region for AECOM’s Planning, Economics, Architecture and Building Engineering business earning $51 million in revenue with 300 employees.
Responsible for strategic direction and implementation of supplemental services, including social services, workforce development, youth programming and case management to over 50,000 families in public housing and the Housing Choice Voucher program.
Supported the Chief of Staff on implementing policy and administrative initiatives including change management for a new financial management and purchasing system, procurement reforms and workforce development initiatives.
