• Assist in navigational watch
• Administrative tasks including inventory management and updating maintenance software

• Lead Navigational watch during multi- day passages including nighttime and restricted visibility
• Create Voyage plans for extended passages based on weather, tides, currents, and fuel calculations
• Project management during shipyard and active cruising requiring strong organizational skills, vendor management, reporting, and adherence to deadlines
• Operation of multiple bridge systems (Garmin, Time-Zero, Furuno)
• Tender driving & towing operations for inflatable boats and larger center consoles
• Mooring and Anchoring
• Management and maintenance of deck and equipment including cranes/davits, windlass, deck toys
• Administrative tasks including inventory management and accounting
