Pool General Manager
- To oversee the front of the house shift activities of a high volume pool to guarantee maximum levels of productivity and efficiency
- Assist in the interview/hire process; conduct training of new employees; create schedule for maximum coverage to ensure superior service levels; promote team building and staff participation
- Share with other managers the responsibilities of submitting payroll, taking inventory, ordering supplies and the opening/closing of the property
- Receive customer requests; process requests via POS system; expedite order; follow-up; consistent check backs and cleaning as needed; process financial settlement
- Assist with the Food and Beverage & Banquet departments inside the hotel
