My main goal was to facilitate an excellent living experience for our residents. I did this by resolving conflicts between residents by utilizing de-escalation skills. This required patience, active listening and, following up in a prompt and efficient manner to make sure that they knew that I cared about their experience.
My duties entailed ensuring residents daily needs were met by the complex. I managed mail deliveries, rent payments, and sending maintenance requests to our maintenance crew. I was also in charge of checking the apartments for cleanliness and damage to hold the residents accountable to the rent agreement. I also coordinated fun events such as carnivals and pancake breakfasts for 800+ people.
