Meghan Persick

A driven and passionate honors student who has developed strong leadership and communication skills both through her work experience and the multiple leadership positions held within her sorority. Excels in fostering interpersonal connections, organizing and guiding large groups of people, and following instructions with enthusiasm. Looking to apply my skills towards an internship in the Criminal Justice field where they can be effectively used and further developed.

• Tri Sigma Honor Council Goals Coordinator (November 2024- present)
• help maintain a positive and respectful organizational environment by addressing behavioral concerns
• conduct confidential interviews, appeal meetings, and exit interviews to assess reported issues, evaluate behaviors, and determine accountability
• create accurate and informative records and transfer that data across several documents, Google sheets, and our organization's national database

• Tri Sigma Ritual Manager (January 2024- December 2024):
• hosting and overseeing all ritual events, following our national handbook
• deliver weekly educational reports to our 100+ member chapter, clearly communicating expectations and mandatory updates
