• Manage caseload of up to 90 cases -advice and full representation.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents in court proceedings.
• Represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Conduct community-based education and outreach activities for target geographic areas.
• Mentor law student interns and new attorneys.
