My main job requirements are Care, Custody, and control of doc inmates. Making sure they have their minimum daily requirements. I endure long periods of standing and twelve hour work days. I have experience in running a rec yard, feeding chow, keeping daily activity logs, accurate documentation of rule violations and crimes, calling in response teams for dangerous situations. I have to maintain a professional attitude at all times, treat the inmates with respect and make sure they get where they need to be when they need to be there. For the last six months I have been in charge or running food service at the prison. Being the person in charge of making sure over one thousand inmates eat three times a day every day starts to prove something to a person. That's all I can say about that.

 I know it was a year and a month between nanny positions. Customer service was a big part of my job. Quality food control, making sure orders went out correct and timely. Store clean up was daily. What most fulfilled me about this job was the time I spent improving myself. I did fifteen hour days most every day I worked. I was always there when they needed me. This job taught me responsibility for myself and my team. Everything we did was as a team. I could not run a dive through without the people providing the orders in the back. I learned to sit back and take a breath in stressful situations. Self control and command presence was important to maintaining a professional attitude with staff and customers.
