  • Working with a population of 2,1000 residents. My duties included obtaining utility payments from residents daily and depositing said payments into the bank. Balancing revenue and receipting all other payments into the legacy system. Creating APV’s for purchase orders, Using Keystone. Disbursing checks/ payments to correct vendors to fulfill invoices received within a timely manner. Maintaining office calls with professionalism. Paying State taxes. Creating new accounts for new residents and closing out old accounts. Refunding or applying deposits to residents who have moved out. Entering meter exchanges. Scheduling water disconnects, applying penalties and sending out delinquent utility bills.
