Job Summary:

Pull various performance metrics and financial reports regularly to ensure team is meeting the company’s financial goals
Review the Customer Volume Spreadsheet and call meetings with
department heads to address various issues
Review fuel consumption and efficiency reports weekly
Develop formal staff training curriculums and job manuals/procedures ;
ability to effectively train staff members to ensure they are prepared to do their jobs.
Perform soft inventory of all company assets weekly
Report weekly recruiting/retention stats to Management.
Develop a new Ops employee onboarding program
Collect and merge the daily summaries from the daytime supervisor and the nighttime supervisor, compile a daily summary and send to Management.
Assist HR and Safety to ensure new employees and terminated employees are processed in accordance with the company’s standard policies and procedures.
