- Perform hands-on CMP service activities including pad, PC disk, head, POU filter, PC head, brush, and quartz bar changes to prepare and maintain production equipment.
- Diagnose tool alarms through remote connection or in-person inspection, identify the affected process step, initialize tool sections when appropriate, and support equipment recovery under senior technician guidance.
- Perform Nova service and diagnostics including Nova reboot, QTH and Xenon bulb replacement, Nova calibration, and LK tool reboot/full power-cycle procedures; trained on downforce, pressure, and slurry calibration.
- Document service activity through PM check sheets, SOP checklists, shift pass-downs, and internal maintenance systems while collaborating with senior technicians and engineers on corrective maintenance and wafer-event response.
