As a CMA, I manage the entire process from reviewing referral information to initiating and overseeing the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) for children and families. I conduct initial meetings to gather information, introduce the ISP process, and build relationships while identifying key team members. My role includes scheduling and participating in team meetings, ensuring culturally sensitive ISP formulation, linking families to services, and maintaining detailed documentation. I also provide on-call crisis management support, monitor service delivery, report progress to supervisors, and stay updated through training.My work emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for consumer rights.
