Plan and lead activities: Design and conduct various therapeutic services, such as recreation, music, and vocational activities, based on individual patient treatment plans.
Support patient well-being: Provide programming that supports the emotional, cognitive, and physical health of individuals with mental health challenges.
Document progress: Observe, analyze, and document patients' participation, behaviors, and reactions during activities. Record patient progress toward treatment goals for review by the treatment team.
