 Store Process Implementation

 Confirm & Standardize Daily Work List

  • Review the Daily Work List at the start of each shift to ensure it includes all required daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Ensure expectations are clear and consistent across all shifts so that no tasks are missed.
  • Update and post the next day’s Daily Work List in the Logbook and communication board before the end of the day.

 Floor Lead Oversight
