As a relationship banker I maintained strong client relationships by providing personalized financial advice and solutions. My goal is to create long term relationships with customers to ensure trust and loyalty.

My role as a hostess was to welcome guests and respond to their requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. I did this by utilizing my critical thinking skills, being flexible to the needs of both customers and servers and kept teamwork a high priority.

• Ensured customers sat at tables suitable for their specific needs while also following the restaurant selection rotation
• Familiarized myself with the restaurant's operations quickly so I was able to answer customer questions about wait times, hours, seating, and menu information
• Supported servers, food runners and bussers with keeping the dining area ready for every guest
