
As a motivated college student I am a detail oriented and highly motivated student seeking a position in athletic operations and equipment management within collegiate athletics. I am experienced in supporting team logistics, maintaining and organizing athletic equipment, and assisting with daily operations for multiple sports programs. I hold a strong ability to work in fast-paced environments, collaborate with coaches and staff, and ensure efficient game day and practice execution. I am committed to contributing to a high-performing athletic department through organization, reliability, and a passion for supporting student-athletes.
With my time here at NIU I have supported daily operations for a Division I football program by assisting with practice setup, equipment organization, and laundry management. Worked closely with coaches and staff to facilitate drills and ensure practices ran efficiently. Provided on field support including ball shagging and maintaining equipment readiness. Developed strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail skills in a high performance athletic environment.
During my time working with Loyola Athletics I gained hands on experience supporting multiple collegiate sports programs, including basketball, softball, volleyball, soccer, swimming, and track & field. I assisted with daily equipment operations such as laundry, organizing gear, and preparing team equipment for practices and competitions. Contributed to game day operations by setting up venues, hosting teams and officials, maintaining clean playing environments, and supporting in-game tasks like ball shagging and floor maintenance. Developed strong organizational, teamwork, and time-management skills while working in a fast paced athletic environment.
During my time at Target, I gained experience across multiple departments, beginning as a Food & Beverage Expert. In this role, I stocked shelves,
organized merchandise, and maintained clean and orderly displays to ensure a safe and appealing shopping environment. My responsibilities included
managing specialty sales, addressing spills promptly, and maintaining both front of house and backroom presentation standards.
As my role expanded, I cross-trained in Style, Beauty, and Guest Services, developing a broad skill set. In the Style department, I organized and
restocked inventory, processed new shipments, maintained fitting rooms, folded apparel, and applied tagging and security measures. In the Beauty
department, I organized products, managed backroom inventory, and ensured items were properly categorized and stocked. In Guest Services, I
assisted customers with returns, online orders, drive-up pickups, and other service needs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
