• Patient assessments including: completion of start of care services, 24 hour care initiation visits, routine care visits, change in condition visits

• Working closely with the anesthesiology team to provide assistance for pre- operative nerve blocks, spinal anesthesia, IV access placements and correlating documentation and billing

• Working within the company in various statuses: Full time, part time and PRN.
• Rehab program manager, scheduling patients minutes and coordinating therapist coverage.
• Facility/ staff education as needed for safety, re: hover lift use, proper patient specific transfers for safety
• Provided physical therapy treatments to patients as directed by the Physical Therapist.
