Summary

I began my nursing career as a neonatal ICU nurse and then transitioned to a pediatric specialty clinic nurse; this path has equipped me with a strong foundation in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients. I am passionate about pediatric nursing and am dedicated to continuing my professional development to ensure that I am able to provide the best possible care to my patients. During my time in the pediatric specialty clinic, I honed my skills in coordinating care for pediatric patients with complex medical conditions. I collaborated closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure that each patient received comprehensive and individualized care. In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I also took on a leadership role within the clinic. I served as a mentor and resource for newer nurses, providing guidance and support as they acclimated to their roles. I also facilitated training and orientation of medical assistants, and nursing assistants. My dedication to training has been instrumental in ensuring that our team is well-prepared to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
