While attending Murray State University in 1998, I started working in banking as a teller. Five years later, I shifted to loan processing. Having worked for a local bank in Kentucky for almost 12 years, processing all types of loans in-house, I gained experience with mortgage loans, home equity loans, auto loans, unsecured loans, and even floor plan loans. In 2015 my family moved to the St. Louis area to accommodate my husband’s career. There, I took a position at another bank as a commercial mortgage loan processor. Less than a year later, I made the transition to Homestead Financial Mortgage as a secondary market mortgage loan processor. I am now also a licensed mortgage loan advisor with Homestead. I have been working for my current company for over 8 years. We just recently moved back to Kentucky. I continued with my job working remotely.
