Supporting them as a subject matter expert, through both end user classroom style trainings, as well as elbow to elbow support during go live. Maintaining day to day tasks while balancing heavy travel, different environments and different time zones. Key tasks include

  • Preparing for and delivering 4 hour training sessions for a variety of roles in a medical office. Ensuring clients have an interactive experience by taking time to prepare the training environment prior to the class. Effectively managing a classroom of up to 20 people, while keeping them engaged throughout the training.
  • Providing onsite support in the moment during go live. Managing many different types of personalities during a potentially stressful period. Assisting in troubleshooting, tracking and rectifying issues as they come up. Identifying and assisting in streamlining workflows
  • Proactively reviewing all prep calls, workflow materials, and client information provided to ensure we are best prepared to support
