Melanie Romo

As Co manager I assist the store manager to make sure that the store is successfully fulfilling customer satisfaction and profitability. I see to it that job duties are performed according to policy. I have been trained for inventory among other things. Most importantly, I am responsible for knowing how to take over and make sure the store is still efficient if the store manager is gone and i am left in charge.
