• ELA Learn 4 Life, partnered with Curriculum Cohort team, developed ELA-CCSS, piloted revised renditions, worked schoolwide to implement the CCSS, built RTI English course placement in relation to MAP.

• ESL instruction for adult learners, mentor/trainer, served on curriculum teams, adopted new texts for ESL level 1-6, implemented WASC goals in ESL/ABE CA standards
• EBRI certified-Reading Instruction for Adult.

• Training students in developing skill sets for the work place coupled with academic pursuits
• Collaborated with local merchants blending class time with coordinated work experience.

• Educator for the typical learner in the inclusion-model classroom, serving primarily as instructor for middle school English and history.

• Served on several WASC committees throughout my tenure at Village Christian Schools.

Developed this as an onboarding course used in conjunction with New Student Orientation.
