LEADERSHIP

  • While attending Jackson college, I joined American Honors. As an honors student, I took an active role in supporting my community. I raised money for the Special Olympics and participated in a polar plunge. I was a student ambassador and part of the Honors Counsel. As an ambassador, I helped answer questions about the American Honors program, helped at new student orientation, and set up recruiting tables to help bring in more students. As part of the Honors Counsel, I helped plan events for American Honors students, fund raisers, and projects to give back to the community.
  • At Community choice Credit Union, I was a mentor for new team members. I put together our team’s annual volunteer activity, led team building events, and supported career development by hosting job shadowing. I give constructive feedback when needed to the front line and work with leadership to identify coaching moments.
