Summary

With everything I’ve gone through as an individual, and as a professional employee I can assure you that I have the capacity at learning in any type of environment and work in it. The adaptability skills go beyond measures and so do my fast learning skills. Even though I may not have experience in certain fields, there is three things a I assess as a person willing to become better and make a difference which are; being coachable, motivated, and strong minded. Although I may not have the experience, I do have the attitude.

Skills

Based on my last work experiences, I can confidently express that my top four skills that not only I developed but also improved are:

-my awareness skills; as a substitute teacher it is important to be aware of potential problems to have the ability to solve or prevent them ahead of time

-my patience; as a secretary and substitute it is vital to be patient with those who have concerns, issues, or stress towards certain topics etc, and I can r

assure you that this skill flowed naturally in both work places even though they both had very different work environments

-my professionalism; I was able to maintain professionalism within my co-workers just enough for them to still feel comfortable to open up to me and ask for help and keep it work related As a substitute teacher I was also able to maintain healthy relationships with my students just enough for me to be that voice and help while still being strictly professional

-my adaptability; there’s no doubt I’m good at everything I propose myself to excel at, but it’s beyond that It is having the ability to do tasks right even though it is not the way I prefer I see the way my up-line works and I reciprocate their work ethic, it’s not just being able to get work done, it is getting it done the right way you’re being asked to
