*Assisting System Completion Engineer and Manager with requests for retrieval of documentation and information
· Assisting to publish Minutes of Meeting for company and/or external parties.
· Assisting SC Engineer to generate all project completion certification i.e. System Walk down Package (SWP), Erection Completion Certificate (ECC), Commissioning Completion Certificate (CCC), System Turnover Notice (STN) and Facility Acceptance Certification etc.
· Tracking the status of documentation and ensuring responses are returned within contractual time frames.
· Controlling filing of hard copy and electronic versions of documents, ensuring revision control.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
· Working with the document control department to ensure that processes comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Implements and directs documentation procedures in storing, updating, and distributing engineering documents, including Engineering drawings, shop drawings, schedules and reports.
· Archiving /Scanning/Printing - Renaming, recording and filing incoming hard or electronic copies of drawings (Internal and External).
· Receiving, issuing, log, update and keeping of all the project related documentations.
· Ensuring all management system documentation is the current version and easily accessible.
