Just to sum things about about me…….

  • Since I was 14 years old I had started my first job as a waitress for Friendly's, I worked there throughout my 4 years of high school, working throughout my 4 years of high school, it never hindered on achieving my goals at school, I was still able to pass all my classes and still received a certificate for perfect attendance for 4 years, while also never calling out of work or being late for any of my shifts. I have a very strong work ethic and thats important to me.
  • I am very confident in the work that I do. I thrive my team to do the best they can do, I encourage them on a daily basis, I recognize them, and to me thats impotant. They love the recognition, they accept feedback when its given to them and they grow from it. I had a very strong team in my last store, they were all reliable, dependable, happy to come to work, enjoyed working with everyone, they enjoyed their job. They have all grown and flourished and that was because of me, because of my leadership skills, because I always lead by example. To them I was their equal, I never asked any of my team to do something I wouldn't do myself. I never threw around my power like I was above them, I always had an open door policy and if ever they needed to talk, or had an issue, or if they didn't understand how to do something I was always willing to help and train them to do better, they knew that. I had the same team for a long time. I am driven, compassionate, motivated, proactive, dedicated, reliable, and above all else authentic.
