Worked in a acute inpatient Adult Psychiatric 50 bed capacity hospital
Assessment and observation of patients upon admission throughout discharge with collaboration with the physician and Social Worker in determining patient’s plan of care
Worked in a charge nurse role. I managed the support of other RN’s and MHT’s. Provided staffing for the next shift. Collaboration with the Nurse Manager as needed. Good rapport with the psychiatrists and all other team players.
