Melinda Boyd

I am responsible for all aspects of the praise & worship band, special music, outside music guests, adult choir, children's choir, Handbell choir, youth music & also discipling musicians. I am responsible for purchasing equipment needed and music pertaining to the church music programs.

I am also the pianists for Atlanta Methodist Church. I play and direct the congregational singing for the Traditional Service and play & direct the Praise Band for the Contemporary Service. I select all music for all programs. I direct special programs such as Easter & Christmas Choir Cantatas and Children's programs as well.

I was responsible for the Traditional Worship Service. I selected all music and was the sole accompanist for the church. I played the piano and directed the Traditional Service. I accompanied and directed the Chancel Choir for many programs such as Easter, Christmas, Fourth of July, Veterans Day programs and cantatas.

My responsibilities were to select music, direct and oversee all aspects of music at the church. I also was the accompanist and director for all music programs including Easter and Christmas Cantatas. I was the sole accompanist and director for all services including choir and congregational singing.
