I previously served on Ochsner's diversity and inclusion board as well as ABLE

The goal of the Diversity and Inclusion board was to value, incorporate and provide equal opportunities and resources for both patients and staff from various cultures and background. The ABLE committee helped to foster business relationships, workforce advancement and advocate for the community. With my yellow belt certification I implemented a process that reduced patient wait times from check in to visit by 20% which helped to improve our patient satisfaction scores.
