I lead a small group at my church of teenage girls. I minister to them and speak life into them on a daily basis. I pray with them and for them.

I'm part of a lead team that oversees all of the youth and makes executive decision that is then passed down to the rest of the team of youth group leaders.

I communicate with the parents of my small group girls and handle and relay tough situations.

I also have speaking roles that our required of me with our youth group.
