As a Pipeline Safety and Oversight Inspection, I routinely conduct evaluations and inspections of gas and liquid pipeline operators subject to the jurisdiction of federal and state regulations. While assessing Safety Program reviews of the operators' Plans, Programs and Procedures I apply federal and state regulations to the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of gas and liquid pipeline systems. As the Gas Construction and Inspection Coordinator at CPS Energy I managed a cross-functional role of coordinating the natural gas transmission and distribution pipeline construction and Lead Inspection Coordinator at CPS Energy, overseeing the Construction Quality Control where I oversaw the construction inspectors including the Certified Welding Inspectors and managed construction performance, productivity, and compliance with CPS Energy, Local Government, State Government and Federal Government Compliance Standards while maintaining liaison between CPS Energy, internal departments, developers, governmental agencies, and consulting engineers.
