• As Shift Captain my responsibilities include directing staff, customer service, and supporting the manager on duty. Day to day detailed duties vary depending on amount of business and include quick problem solving skills in unexpected situations.
• Servicing guests in quality, punctuation, and with extensive and detailed knowledge of our product and service, especially for new guests, is a must
• My position is also labor intensive and requires physical strength and momentum
• I enjoy being very active, moving around and communicating with guests

• Logistics Team Members at Amazon work in a very fast paced, quick thinking environment that is also very labor intensive
• This was a great position for me since I work best under pressure in a position that requires quick organizational solutions

I was also trained in the what's called the "indirect" level, which consisted of problem solving on an even more tighter time frame such as handing drivers with missing packages that had to be delayed in a timely manner as well packages misplaced, left behind or damaged, delaying them for later delivery

• My starting position was Cashier / FOH Team member and my position upon leaving the company was as Lead location trainer
• My duties included greeting, serving guests
• Guiding new guests through our extensive menu, answering any questions they may have as my knowledge of our menu and all items were extensive and in detail
• Handling cash payments and trusted with large amounts of money and secured guest information was a must
• As a Lead trainer, I enjoyed training new staff in extensive operations and systematic standards of company operations
• Training young people, many of whom this is their first job, is a pleasure to me
• I enjoy being a part of empowering them with the skills and knowledge to be part of a great team and support their company
• I resigned my position at CA Fish Grill in October of 2020 after the Covid-19 epidemic has impacted the hospitality business in ways I see will not be redeemed anytime soon
• Valiant efforts have been made to adjust for service, however, I'm looking to leave the hospitality industry anyway so the decision is N/A.
