Coordinate audit of records; maintain fund control records following funding level limitations
Complete federal, state, and organizational reports including applications for federal funding and reports expenditures of funds allocated
Coordinate internal reconciliation efforts and report to reviewing entities, such as auditors, program reviewers, and accreditation teams
Direct and coordinate school registration activities on a part-time basis
Consult with the school director and other school officials to devise registration schedules and procedures, such as times and locations for class meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
Supervise registrar department personnel following school policies and applicable laws
Receive and review personnel grievances following school policies
